Planning Projects Differently

Flexible project management practices and tools that meet you where you are and align with your values. You are already doing meaningful and creative work, I’m here to help you move your projects forward with personalized support and tailored training.

My approach goes beyond productivity culture to strengthen your planning skills, enhance the use of digital tools like Asana, and adapt frameworks for professionals with diverse backgrounds and work styles.

Why project management?

Creative and mission-driven professionals often work on community or emergent projects that evolve organically, making them hard to map out. If that is you, you likely need tailored project management skills, tools, and practices rather than prescriptive frameworks that don't fit your work.

Planning your projects intentionally can give you just the right amount of structure to create flexibility. This reduces overwhelm, allowing you (and your team) to feel creative and connected, and making the best use of the resources you have.

Team Services

You lead a social impact or creative team that's smart and motivated, but without the right systems and skills in place, project management coordination naturally falls to you as the leader, and projects consistently snowball past timelines and budgets. We'll create systems that fit your team's reality and build project management skills so you can use your resources wisely without sacrificing creativity or community relationships. Services can be paired with 1:1 sessions to integrate new learning and fine-tune workflows.

service #1

Workshops & trainings:

You need practical project management skills, but traditional training doesn't fit your reality. I offer engaging, customized sessions tailored specifically for mission-driven and creative work. You'll leave with accessible planning frameworks and tools so your team can share ownership of project success.

service #2

Asana onboarding and consulting:

You've invested in project management apps like Asana, but you need proper setup and training to reach its potential. I'll work with your team to optimize your Asana setup (or other project management tools), either consulting with you or taking it completely off your hands and building the workflows and tools for you. This includes comprehensive onboarding and training on your customized system.

One-on-one Services

You're a creative or social impact professional taking on new challenges or wanting personalized support to manage projects and tasks in ways that fit how you work. Whether you're a first-time manager, a creative looking to organize your work in out-of-the-box ways, or someone seeking systems that work with your neurodivergent brain, these one-on-one services meet you where you are.

service #1

Personalized workflow design:

You already have good instincts about how you work best. We'll build on that foundation to create a planning system that clicks with your natural rhythms. Whether we're refining your current setup or introducing tools like Asana, you'll walk away with a clear, manageable system that truly supports you and your work. Depending on your needs, this might take one focused session or a few sessions to customize and implement fully.

service #2

Project Planning Sessions:

You have a specific project in mind with clear time boundaries and outcomes. It might be a new project you're considering, one you're currently planning, or one that's underway but feeling stuck. We'll work together to define a realistic scope and map out project needs, steps, and milestones. You'll feel supported rather than overwhelmed, and learn planning approaches you can apply to future projects.
